Requirements to register a Business/Organization in MY.MANILAWATER.APP:

For Corporations:

1. SEC Registration with Articles of Incorporation
2. Latest General Information Sheet (GIS)
3. Secretary's Certificate (authorized to sign the MWC contract)
4. Valid IDs
5. Accomplished and Signed Application Form (Download Form)

For Individual/Sole Proprietorship:

1. Business Permit or Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Permit
2. Valid IDs
3. Accomplished and Signed Application Form (Download Form)
